Since there seems to be no listing for Maryland on the sled ridding map, I'll submit a few here.
There are many good hills at UMBC and CCBC Catonsville to go sledding that are open and free to the public. There are also many parking lots/garages near the hills too. There isn't much in the way of hazards. Theres a few trees around where the big hill at CCBC but they are easily avoidable.
