Wax #3: Below we have some White Lightning Alpine Base Wax. It is an 80 gram can. It is perfect for hand rubbing the supplied applicator on the running surfaces of snow tubes, sleds and snowboards. Wipe it on with the provided applicator pad in the can, let it dry, and towel buff it off. This really speeds up a snow tube, especially ones with a glossy black bottom.
NOTE: A 2012 search for this pictured wax showed it out of stock on the web, however, good news, a comparable can with applicator pad can be found right here.
Wax #4: Below we have some lambskin wax. PERFECT WAX FOR HARD SLED SURFACES AND RUNNER SLEDS! If you want speed for your sled, then every sledder needs a wax bar in their pocket. And I must say, this little wax bar is not only cool to look at, it is cute (so kids would say)! Your friends will be in awe when they see you waxing your hard bottomed or runner snow sled with a snowflake - click here. Not just any snowflake, but one with graphite! It easily fits in your pocket. Take it with you on every trip. Best of all, YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE. Oh, and don't forget, if you have a metal runner sled that has rusted, sand the rust off first with some fine sandpaper until it is shiny, then rub the snowflake on the shiny runners.
