I just bought a medium sized tire tube at this tractor place. I figured it would do well on the hill just for fun, but no it sucks. It like totally sticks to the hill.,
What is there to treat the rubber on this so that it will go fast liike the inflatable kiddy ones?
anyone?

You need to break the "friction barrier" between the snow and the rubber. Spray it with some WD-40 or some PAM no stick cooking spray. Also, try rubbing it with a stick of wax. One of those should do the trick. I would try WD40 first, then if that didn't work, PAM, and finally rubbing a stick of wax on the rubber. Let us know what you find out.

Easy on the WD-40. It will degrade the rubber over time. PAM does work wonders.
